The guy on the tricycle reminds me of the time my brother, his 2 daughters and myself were driving down the street in a residential neighborhood, and were hit by a little old man on a motorized tricycle. Luckily we were going very slowly and saw him run the stop sign. He hit the front side of the car and just tipped over (just like the little guy on the old TV show Laugh-In). Luckily he only received a minor cut above one eye. When the police showed up they said he was drunk (it was 1:00 in the afternoon) and since he was on a motorized vehicle that technicaly he could give the little wobbly a DUI. We told him we didn't think that was really necessary. The little wobbly's wife called us when she found out about the incident to apologise and see if the girls were alright. She told us that she was about ready to throw his damn tricycle off a cliff - I'm willing to bet he was at least grounded for a while.
